I don't like the idea of BP taking up a whole day in regards to workouts, so sometimes I will run or bike in the morning, or do something short afterwards. In addition, I did start doing more core work on my own 3 or 4 times a week... you can look for short video clips(or long ones too) of core/pilates/yoga/strength workouts on exercisetv.tv ....
