first off i think it is happening, i think i am blogged out. i have a feeling i might be winding this down.
training has gone well for the half marathon. i did a 5 mile pace run and nailed it. so that was great. i am enjoying following a plan and not having swim and bike get in the way.
really enjoying speed work,tempo,pace, long runs, the mix up of it. before it was just about going out and running some miles.
i do plan on some sprint tris this summer, and i have been swimming once a week but that bike has cobwebs on it.
