If I have it tomorrow I will head to the doc.
The old me would have dropped off my younger one at school and went home and back to bed. I would have taken every easy way out of doing anything. The new me WANTED to go to the gym, needed to go and made the choice to go and at least TRY, if I didn't feel well I could always just walk on the treadmill OR go home. I am proud of myself for this change that has occurred. It took time but it happened.
Vertigo DOES suck. I had it for 2 1/2 days last spring and I could only lie on one side with my head in one position only. I hope you feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteI have only had this twice in my life, Oct 08 and again a few weeks ago, almost a year to the day. Both times, it was so bad, no way I could drive at all, and both times I went to the doc. No explanation. FREAKY.
ReplyDeleteI have had this on and off for about 3+ years - it sucks big time. I went to the Dr and they want and MRI of my brain to see what is up - i passed. I'll live with it unless it gets really bad. But if I fly - or climb lots of stairs (up or down) - no carnivals rides ever - big time vertigo!
