planks

i hate planks.
they are hard.
i try to hold for 1 minute.
it is hard.
talk to me about planks, what do you do, what can you do, what do you try to do.

  1. I hate them too. Same like you, hold for one minute face down, one minute on each side and other variations if the mood hits me (which it usually does not).

  2. The more you do them, the easier they get. I know, easier said than done. It's all in the core. working that core will help!

  5. Ok i have no advice on "planks" but I am looking for advice on the fat that is on the back of my thighs. Any suggestion of what exercise to do to get rid of it?

    I have tried lunges and I do lift weights. No such luck. Please dont tell me its my age. : ( and Im stuck with it.

  6. 1 min is a long freakin' time. i do 2 stints of ~30-40 sec's and call it a day;-)
