  2. i saw a photo of myself - it was of me reading to my daughter's preschool class and i was appalled at my appearance. my face looked tired, my hair had greys and was untamed and frizzy, and my belly was popping out and i was hunch back. i have am so bummed out about this photo. i don't like to primp and it shows, and how can i work out so much and still have this effing belly ??? and why didn't my mom yell at me to stand up straight !!! i will be honest. i am 5'5" and weight 128 lbs, but i swear i look like a beast ??

  1. Strawberry muffins are so yummy!

Don't be too hard on yourself about that photo. I'm sure it was just a bad picture. You are working towards a goal of becoming more fit and you should be proud of all you are doing!

Oh, and I like your new blog layout! :)

  3. After two kids I don't think my belly is ever going to leave me.

And about the Amazing Grass...I've never put it in muffins, just because of the high heat in the baking process. Wasn't sure if that would lessen the effects since it's raw powder. When I mix it in the energy bars the peanut butter is melted, but not very hot, so I think the AG is still okay.

  4. I am an 1.5 inches taller and weigh about 12 lbs more than you! I doubt your pic is as bad as you say. Whenever I hear 'Brazilian blowout' you know what I am thinking? You know, I don't need to say it. ha!
